Was Coca-Cola originally sold in pharmacies?

▪️In 1886, pharmacist John Pemberton invented this drink to treat morphine addiction and introduced Coca-Cola to a large pharmacy: water, sugar, caffeine, coca leaf extract and cola nuts, where the drink sold for 5 cents per glass.

▪️It takes a lot of water to make cola, so the company has caused serious damage to some areas where beverages are produced. It affected India, Latin America, and Africa, where all indigenous peoples suffered from drought as a result of the brutal exploitation of water.

▪️It takes 1 liters of water to make about 2,7 liter of cola. In 2004, Coca-Cola used about 283 billion liters of water.
