Does heat and cold lead to death?

And peace be upon you. According to Islamic belief, magic and eye contact are true. It can even cause a person to die.

It is known that eye contact occurs as a result of jealousy and inability to see. It is true that things like magic and hot-cold, as you say, can harm a slave.

It is stated in hadiths that eye contact causes death. Below we consider some of the narrations narrated in this chapter.

̊An̊ jābiriⁿ qāla: qāla rasūlu ạllhi ṣalãy̱ ạllhu ʿalaẙhi wasalãma: ạl̊ʿaẙnu tud̊kẖilu ạlrãjula ạl̊qab̊ra wāl̊jamala ạl̊qid̊ra. Rawāhu ạảbū nuʿaẙmiⁿ wāl̊quḍāʿīũ wasanaduhu ḥasanuⁿ.

It is narrated on the authority of Jabir ibn 'Abdullah that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The eye (touch) puts a man in a grave and puts a camel in a cauldron. ” (Narrated by Abu Nuaym and Quza'i. The hadith is hasan).

In this narration, it is mentioned that eye contact causes death.

Waʿanʿ jābiri b̊ni ʿab̊di ạllhi qāla: qāla rasūlu ạllhi ṣalãy̱ ạllhu ʿalaẙhi wasalãma: ạảk̊tẖaru man̊ yamūtu min̊ ãmãtī baʿ̊da kitābi ạllhi waqaḍāyỉhi waqad. Rawāhu ạl̊bazãạru wāl̊ḥakīmu wasanaduhu ḥasanuⁿ.

It is narrated on the authority of Jabir ibn 'Abdullah that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Most of my ummah breathes after what Allah has written and the destiny of qadha (eye contact) because of (Reported by Bazzar and Hakim. Narrated by Hasan).

The Ummah of Muhammadiyya is preferred over all other ummahs. This is probably why others are so jealous of Muslims. It is narrated in this narration that Muslims suffer more than the calamity of eye contact. This suggests that eye contact is justified and that precautions should be taken to avoid it.

The believer believes that everything happens according to the will and will of Allah. The same goes for the eye. He himself does not actually harm, only harms the slave with the permission of Allah. It is Allah Who protects the servant. That is the way a person should be.

ʿAn̊ ạảbī dẖariⁿ̃ qāla: qāla rasūlu ạllhi ṣalãy̱ ạllhu ʿalaẙhi wasalãma: ại̹nã ạl̊ʿaẙna latūliʿu biạlrãjuli biại̹dẖ̊ni ạllhi ḥatãy̱ yaṣ̊ʿada ḥāliqa. Rawāhu ạảḥ̊madu wālṭãbarānīũ wāảbū yaʿ̊lay̱ wasanaduhu ṣaḥīḥuⁿ.

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Of course the eye (touch) By the permission of Allah, he becomes attached to one person. He even destroys it, then falls from it (ariyidi)" (Reported by Ahmad, Tabarani and Abu Ya'la. The hadith is authentic).

According to this narration, a man touches an eye. At the same time, eye contact is observed in women and children. It is narrated that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) heard the voice of a crying child, he said, “What is the matter with your child? (Narrated by Imam Ahmad).

So it is true that eye contact can hinder a person’s success, causing him or her harm. Against this, one must seek refuge from the eyes of man and demons. A servant who does what Allah and His Messenger say will enter the divine refuge from himself. Praying, especially reciting the Ayatollah's chair after the five daily prayers, by the permission of Allah, protects the servant from various evils, including demon possession, magic and sight.
