RESPONSIBILITY FOR WARMING A COLD WEAPON
📃 According to Article 185 prim 2 of the Code of Administrative Liability, 👇
🟢 Carrying items that can be used as a cold weapon in public places (WITHOUT SHELL) in cases related to their use in professional activities, sports activities or for household purposes, - two of the basic calculation amounts a fine of up to one part (300 soums).
🟢 Carrying cold steel and items that can be used as cold steel in public places, as well as in cases not related to their use in hunting, professional activities, sports activities or for household purposes, as well as self-defense. Carrying in self-defense - with or without confiscation of the offense, entails a fine of one to five times the basic amount (1 soums).
