WHO IS APPOINTED AS A CLASSROOM LEADERSHIP?

According to the order of the Minister of Public Education No. 2021 dated February 22, 41, class leaders are appointed and released by the director of the educational institution from among the teachers.

The head of the class is selected based on the following criteria:

— has at least 3 years of teaching experience;
— working as a full-time main employee at the school;
— who can be a personal example to students with his manners and behavior;
— mentally stable;
— able to approach the process of working with students responsibly.

The teacher who teaches basic subjects (reading, mother tongue, mathematics) in the primary class is the head of the class. The class teacher assigned to the primary class is the sole leader of students from the 1st to the 4th grade.

❗️The same procedure is used from 5th to 11th grade.

One teacher is assigned to lead only one class. Deputy principals, psychologists and other class leaders are not allowed.

The activities of class leaders are supervised and coordinated by the deputy director for spiritual and educational affairs.
