The Ministry of Mahalla and Family Support is responsible for the education of girls in foster care and other educational institutions, as well as for their upbringing and preparation for marriage.
The Ministry constantly monitors the social status of this category of girls and includes them in the "Book of Mercy" to help them solve their problems on the spot and find their place in later life.
Together with the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan, responsible specialists of the National Guard, scientists of the Research Institute "Neighborhood and Family" developed a draft questionnaire "Book of Mercy" to study and solve the problems of students, to help them realize their dreams. .
In addition, a new procedure has been developed for the introduction of a new system of state support for children with disabilities, children deprived of parental care and orphans through the maintenance of the Book of Mercy.
These projects will be implemented in accordance with the established procedure after coordination with the relevant ministries, departments and management.
