Who can drive a car without a power of attorney?
- The following relatives of the vehicle owner may drive the vehicle without a power of attorney:
• parents;
• husband (wife);
• children;
• brothers;
• sisters.
- Information about these close relatives (surname, name, patronymic, degree of kinship) must be specified in the insurance policy of the owner of the vehicle.
