🌱🌺Why do the feet get cold?
🌺Even on days when the day is not too cold, my feet seem to freeze from the cold. My relatives say it could be a sign of an illness. Is that so?
🌺— There is a great way to warm your feet quickly - by immersing your hands in hot water (as you endure), the veins in both arms and legs expand in the same way.
🌺But freezing of the feet is a consequence of the disease, its cause must be found. These include low blood pressure, vegetative dystonia, hypothyroidism (lack of hormones, lack of energy to heat the body) or lack of iron and fat (freezing of the feet and hands is observed in regular dieters).
