Museums play an important role in the study, promotion and transmission of the history, culture, lifestyle, national traditions and values ​​of each nation to future generations. The establishment of museums in our country dates back to the 70s of the XIX century. Founded in 1876, the Museum of the History of the Peoples of Uzbekistan is one of the first museums in Central Asia. This museum contains archeological finds from the primitive community system in the territory of our country to the present day, the development of different periods, the rise of science and culture, photographic documents, works of fine art. The museum organizes an "Open Day" on the last Friday of each month. In addition, the activities of the clubs are organized, where classes on museum topics are held and the knowledge and skills acquired by students are strengthened. At the same time, monthly meetings and roundtables with ethnographers, artists, poets and writers, scientists are organized in our region.
