The fine for violating the rules of parking has been reduced

The law "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was signed by the President.

The changes also include traffic rules. Accordingly, the amount of the fine for violation of the rules of parking or stopping in transport was set at 2 times the basic calculation amount (490 thousand soums). Previously, this amount was 3 times the basic calculation amount (735 thousand soums).

Also, the procedure for imposing an increased fine for this repeated violation was abolished. Namely:
- Previously, a fine of up to 1 million 3 thousand soums was imposed if it was repeated within a year after the imposition of a fine.
- Now, regardless of the number of violations, the fine is the same - BHM 2 times (490 thousand soums).
