Liver - a source of B vitamins

By consuming liver, it is possible to get an adequate dose of all the vitamins that belong to the B group.

100 grams of fried or boiled liver:

• B2 (riboflavin) - 200% *;
• B3 (niacin) - 90%;
• B5 (pantothenic acid) - 70%;
• B6 (pyridoxine) - 50%;
• B7 (biotin) - 130%;
• B9 (folic acid) - 65%;
• B12 (cobalamin) - 1200%.

* The percentages given represent the daily requirement.

Do not be afraid to exceed the norm, the body is able to regulate the amount of unwanted vitamins in food and does not take in excess. The liver is also rich in vitamin A, proteins, copper and iron.

I would recommend mutton liver rather than beef liver.
