Liver is a source of iron (Fe) and B vitamins

By eating liver, you can get a sufficient dose of all B vitamins.

100 grams of fried or boiled liver:
• B2 (riboflavin) - 200% *;
• B3 (niacin) – 90%;
• B5 (pantothenic acid) - 70%;
• B6 (pyridoxine) - 50%;
• B7 (biotin) - 130%;
• B9 (folic acid) - 65%;
• B12 (cobalamin) - 1200%.

* The percentages given represent the daily requirement.

Do not be afraid of exceeding the norm, the body is able to regulate the amount of vitamins that enter with food and does not accept an excess. Also, the liver contains a lot of vitamin A, proteins, copper, and iron.

I recommend eating sheep liver rather than beef liver.

By the way, before cooking the liver, it is necessary to remove the thin skin surrounding its tissue. It is indigestible in the small intestine and harbors liver toxins.
