Required ingredients:

For the dough
1. Eggs - 4 pcs.
2. Un - 3 cups.
3. Margarine - 200 gr.
4. Cocoa - 3 tbsp.
5. Sugar - 1 cup
6. Yogurt - 250 gr.
7. Razrihlitel '- 1 pack
8. Tea soda + vinegar - 1 tsp
9. Cinnamon (korica) - 0,5 tbsp.

For the cream
1. Cocoa - 3 tbsp.
2. Flour - 3 tbsp.
3. Sugar - 1 cup.
4. Milk - 1 cup.
5. Eggs - 2 pcs.

For the glaze
1. Cocoa - 3 tbsp.
2. Sugar - 3 tbsp.
3. Milk - 0,5 cup.

Preparation:

Cocoa, sugar, flour, coriander and razrihlitel are mixed. Eggs, yogurt, sugar, baking soda. The two are joined together and the dough is kneaded. The finished mass is divided into 2 parts and spread by hand on a greased sheet. Then bake in a preheated oven on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. The cream is glued between the finished cakes.

Cream preparation:
Sugar, flour and cocoa are first mixed. The eggs are beaten, beaten well and added to the milk with a floured mass. Put on the gas and simmer until boiling.

After the cream is applied to the cakes, the top layer is glazed.

Glaze preparation:
Sugar and cocoa are mixed with milk. Then put on the gas, cook until tender, and cook.
