⚡️About leg pain
If the leg pain persists for three days in a row, it means that there is a problem in the foot.
🪴The causes of pain are varied and I will mainly tell you where to look:
- Pathology of the lumbar spine or sciatic nerve, hernia, protrusion and sores
- Neuralgia, inflammation of the nerves of the legs
- The most common are diseases of the blood vessels in the legs, pain in the abdomen. Varicose veins, Reynaud and diseases
- joint injuries, mainly in the knee joint

- due to gout and flat feet
