Body Mass Index (TMI)

SHARE WITH FRIENDS:

Body Mass Index (TMI)

TMI = m / h²
m - weight (kg)
h - height of your neck (meters)

For example: body weight 70 kg, height 1,7 meters.
Calculation:
TMI = 70 / (1,7 x 1,7)
TMI = 24,2
24,2 is normal.

Calculate and see the number in your picture👆
If you are obese, you need to lose weight.
If you are underweight, you need to be obese.
If it is normal, "tak derjat" 😉
