According to Article 15 of the Law "On State Pension Provision of Citizens", disability pensions are granted to persons with disabilities of groups I and II in accordance with the procedure established by law, as well as those who were disabled due to the accident at the Chernobyl NPP or It is assigned to persons who are diagnosed with group III disability due to illness.
🟢 Causes and groups of disability, as well as the time of onset of disability and the duration of disability are determined by medical and social expert commissions working on the basis of the Regulation approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
