How to keep your weight in moderation?

A sedentary lifestyle, poor nutrition and refusal to exercise lead to overweight. Normalizing the body is very important not only to enjoy seeing yourself in the mirror, but also to strengthen health and slow down the aging process.

Exercise 10 minutes a day in the morning.

Drink green tea at least twice a day. Always drink without sugar, but with a spoonful of honey.

Arrange to eat a small meal 5 times a day.

Drink yogurt or natural yogurt an hour before bedtime.

Eat fresh or pickled cabbage salad in your daily diet as cabbage naturally loses fat.

Open the window and sleep in a cool room at 18 degrees.

Avoid using the elevator.

Add ginger to your favorite foods, which boosts metabolism.

Travel as much as you can. Leave the vehicle away from the workplace or walk a few stops away on the way to the workplace by city transport.

Reduce sugar and salt intake.

Try to walk away from restaurants, don’t eat fast food, and don’t drink fizzy drinks.

Eat home-made whole wheat bread, boiled and raw vegetable meals, low-fat cheese, boiled meat, eggs and fish by practicing Yoga. These special exercises effectively "burn" calories and quickly reduce body size.
