How not to overeat due to stress?

During stress, a protective mechanism is activated that forces a person to do something pleasant for themselves. The most common is overeating.

To avoid overeating:

- Eat often, but in small portions
- Don’t wait for hunger to start and if you feel hungry, drink a glass of water.
- Replace sweets with natural fruits.
- Suitable for drinking mint and lemon tea.
