Service description

To use the service, you must fill out an online form that contains information about the type of service, date, exact time, notary office, and more.

Employees of the notary office, who received the application, will have to register all applications in the "Journal of registration of applications for the performance of notarial acts."

This Regulation is provided in the Regulation on the procedure for processing applications of individuals and legal entities in state notaries, approved by the order of the Minister of Justice of December 2014, 30. According to the regulations, the applicant must be received by the notary office no later than one working day after receipt of the application.

If the notary does not come to the reception at the appointed time, the reception is carried out in a generally agreed manner or by rescheduling the date of reception. The appointed time cannot be assigned to another person.
