From July 5, online queuing for the first grade of secondary schools began as a test for the city of Tashkent. Read how to do it in the manual "Gazeta.uz".

Information Service of the Ministry of Public Education announces that the process of admission to the 1st grade will begin on July 6 had reported.

Taking into account the conditions of the pandemic, the documents of students in the 1st grade will be accepted as follows:

• July 6-31 - within the attached microregion;

• August 1-25 - outside the micro-district, depending on the capacity of the schools.

Also, in order to prevent the accumulation of parents in schools in the event of a pandemic, the application process for first-graders in Tashkent for the first time in Tashkent will be carried out on an online basis through kabul.maktab.uz (from July 1). If the program is successfully implemented in Tashkent, it will be gradually introduced in other regions from the next academic year, the ministry said.

Required documents

The following documents are required for admission to 1st grade:

1. Application on behalf of the Director;

2. A copy of the child's birth certificate;

3. Copies of parents' passports;

4. Medical certificate of the child's health;

5. 3,5 color photos of the child, size 4,5 × 4 cm;

Until August 2020, 31, the parents and children of children under the age of 6,5, who have expressed a desire to study in the 1st grade, will be explained by the teacher and psychologist of the secondary school to prepare the child for school.

To start the registration process acceptance.maktab.uz go to the site and click "Register".

Currently, the service is only for Tashkent, so it is not possible to choose another region.

Next, the user must select the child's district and school number (name).

You will then need to choose the date and time of admission with the school principal.

Then, you need to fill in the series, number and date of birth information of the birth certificate.

If the information you are looking for is not found, enter the child's last name, first name and patronymic.

Note: Click the "Search Database" button to check if information about your child has been entered into the centralized database system.

After entering the child's last name, first name and patronymic, the user leaves a phone number for contact.

Enter the special security code and click "Save".

Confirmation of documents

After filling in the basic information, it is necessary to confirm the availability of documents.

If a document is available, a check mark is placed next to it.

In the window that appears, put a check mark in front of the item "Accept" and click "Save".

Then click the "Save" button located after the document confirmation section.

Once the data is received, a button to download them will appear.

You can get a copy of the document for acceptance by clicking the "Download" button.

Now the user has to go with the child to the desired educational institution on the date and time specified on the basis of this document. This document is a confirmation of enrollment.
