Make it a habit to run in the morning

Running is one of the most effective ways to increase cardiovascular endurance. Running can help reduce stress and improve your mood.

Running helps to regulate the metabolic rate, prevent obesity and reduce stress, overcome inflammation, especially chronic inflammation, and improve the quality and quantity of muscle mass.

If you've never run before, or if you haven't recently participated in an activity that involves the movement of running, such as soccer or basketball, don't run more than 5km at first. Once the body gets used to the activity, you can gradually increase the duration.
