Sweet bread with jam

Required masses: 150 gr. mayonnaise, 0,5 teaspoons salt, 3 tablespoons sugar, 25 g. yeast, 4 cups flour, 1 cup milk or water, 1 egg, jam to taste.

Preparation: Add milk, mayonnaise, salt, sugar, yeast to the bowl and mix well. Gradually add flour and knead a soft dough. Then put to increase to 1,5 hours. A portion of the raised dough is removed for use in decorating. The rest of the dough is shaped into a loaf and the jam is spread on top. From the dough taken for decoration, make different shapes and roll over the jam. The resulting semi-finished product is soaked for 20 minutes and put egg yolk on top. Bake in a gas oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour.
