THE MONTH OF MEDICAL WORKERS WILL BE INCREASED.
🟢 This year, along with budget organizations, it is planned to increase the monthly salary of medical staff by at least 10%.
❗️ In addition, in order to further encourage the hard work of industry representatives, from June 1 this year:
🟢 The monthly salary of medical staff will be increased by another 15%, depending on the category of qualification;
🟢 Doctors who perform high-tech complex operations will be paid a bonus of another 25 percent;
🟢 1,5 trillion soums a year will be allocated to the Medical Employees Incentive Fund.
❗️From these funds:
🟢 Up to 100% monthly bonuses are also awarded to doctors and nurses who have achieved outstanding results and work honestly and conscientiously;
Tartibi A special monthly bonus of up to 1 million soums will be introduced for young doctors.
🟢 In other words, if a high-class doctor currently earns 4 million soums, he will now be able to earn up to 8-9 million soums due to salary increases and new masters.
🟢 Nurses can receive up to 1,5-3 million soums a month, depending on the current 4 million soums, category and results achieved. This was announced by the President.
