Valentina Vasilyeva and her husband Fedor Vasilyeva set the record for having the most children between a couple. From 1725 to 1765, the woman gave birth to a total of 69 children, including sixteen pairs of twins, seven triplets and four quadruplets. A total of 27 pregnancies were enough for this.
