Question; I heard from an acquaintance that his car had been confiscated. What happens now if it is confiscated. Can I have my car back?

Answer; According to Article 27 of the Code of Administrative Liability, the confiscation of an item that is a tool for committing an administrative offense or a direct item of an administrative offense, the compulsory transfer of this item to state ownership without payment is calculated. The measure of confiscation is applied by the district (city) criminal court.

🟢 If the car of that acquaintance is confiscated by the relevant criminal court as an instrument of an administrative offense, the car will no longer be returned.
