What to do if you bleed from your nose?
🔻 Sit up and keep your head upright so that blood does not flow down your throat.
🔻 Squeeze the soft part of the nose tightly with your fingers and do not let go for 10-15 minutes. For the first 10 minutes, be patient and check to see if the bleeding has stopped.
🔻 If the bleeding does not stop after 10-15 minutes, continue squeezing the nose for another 15 minutes.
💊 You can use a tool that has a vasoconstrictive effect to stop bleeding faster. (Eg from xylometazoline solution)
🩺 If bleeding from the nose does not stop within 30 minutes, consult a doctor.
