Generally, clothes should be stored in special fabric, paper or polyethylene bags. However, outerwear is better stored in a paper bag.
Naphthalene cannot be sprinkled on fur coats. Naphthalene sheds the fur of the coat in the first place. Therefore, the coat is first wrapped in a sheet. Then you put the coat in a paper bag. It is enough to leave the naphthalene at the bottom of the bag to prevent moths from falling.
Fur hats and similar hats are kept wrapped in old newspaper. White fur collars and gloves will not turn yellow if wrapped in black fabric.
