Subsidy is a non-returnable amount allocated from the state budget for the purpose of improving the socio-economic situation and/or developing a certain area of entrepreneurship to persons with low income and in need of social or material assistance.
☄️ In allocating such funds, a special commission will be established by the State and they will evaluate the applications. This commission, not the banks, accepts the conclusion on whether or not to allocate a subsidy
