HOW MUCH MONTHLY FAMILY INCOME SHOULD BE TO GET A HOUSEHOLD SUBSIDIUM.

⚡️ Question; I had applied for a subsidy to buy a house but my application was rejected because my monthly income was low. Is that right?

⚡️ Answer; According to the Regulation approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 25.03.2020 of 182, the average monthly income of a family for the allocation of subsidies from the state budget for the purchase of housing by citizens:

✅ In rural areas - not less than 822 times (000) and not more than 3,0 times (2) of MHTEKM (466)

✅ In cities - not less than 822 times (000 3,0 2) and not more than 466 times (000 8,0 6) of MHTEKM (576 000)

✅ In Tashkent - not less than 822 times (000) and not more than 3,0 times (2) of MHTEKM (466).

✏️ Don’t be surprised it’s true! A certain part of the housing payment can be paid by the state in the form of a subsidy but the rest is a loan. For many years, that means you have to repay that loan on time. Therefore, in order not to walk around with a bank employee without being able to pay the loan tomorrow, your solvency level will be checked from the beginning based on the above amounts, and then you will be allocated a subsidy.
