3 low-fat and sweet foods a day should be the main source of men’s diet.
Breakfast is mainly made up of carbohydrates and provides energy throughout the day, lunch and dinner are made up of proteins, and in the evenings, fats are burned using carbohydrates.
The main dishes should be small and light meals. For example, yogurt, 100 ml of tomato juice (110 kcal), sweet dessert, bread, cottage cheese, cucumber (75 kcal).
Good substitutes for meat were fish and vegetables, but we don’t have to stop eating meat (especially for men who exercise regularly).
We need to forget about meat, fish and alcohol products because they provide our body with empty calories and open the appetite and disrupt the digestive process. We also need to reduce our consumption of strong coffee and tea.
