Starting from September 2022, 1, centers for the export of remote services using ICT will be gradually established in all regions of the republic;
➖ From November 2022, 1, mobile communication operators, commercial banks and operators of payment systems will be allowed to provide electronic state services on the Unified portal through their mobile applications, subject to information security requirements;
Starting from 2023, every year, in order to further support startup projects of young people in the field of information and communication technologies, a competition for the President's prize with a total prize fund of 1 million dollars will be held at the expense of the Fund for the Development of Information and Communication Technologies;
Starting from October 2022, 1, the Young Entrepreneurs Support Fund under ITSV to support start-up projects on providing IT education services, development of software products, and export orientation in the field of ICT the procedure for allocating grants of up to 1 billion soums based on the competition conducted by the Ministry of Innovative Development will be introduced.
