Can I apply and get it back again?

I applied to a government agency three days ago. Now I do not want my application to be considered by that body. I had written that application on jahl. Can I have it back now?

Article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On appeals of individuals and legal entities" states that a person may submit his appeal in writing or electronically until it is considered and a decision is made on the appeal during the consideration. can be recalled by filing an application.
❗️According to the above norm, you can withdraw your application by re-applying, but there is another caveat. Article 30 of the above-mentioned Law states that an application to withdraw an appeal does not preclude the adoption of measures to identify and eliminate violations of the law. That is, if you file a complaint accusing someone of fraud, and then change your mind and withdraw your application, the fraud can be investigated by the authority that saw your application, and if in fact the person you mentioned in the application turned out to be a fraud, take action against him.
