Method of administration and dosage?
It is administered intramuscularly or intravenously once a day.
Intramuscular injection of novocaine is mixed with sodium chloride solution
5ml sodium chloride or novocaine + 1 vial of cortex.
The duration of treatment is 10 days.
The dose is 5 mg for children and 10 mg for adults.
Side effects?
Not used during pregnancy and lactation.
