How to connect?

We recommend that you carefully read the terms of the Public Offer (contract) before concluding a contract for Uzonline services.

Basic conditions for connection:

• 1. The branch of Uzbektelecom JSC must have a telephone network without telephone channels, blockers, security alarms and other devices. Also, the telephone line must not be paired until it is connected to the splitter.
• 2. Uzbektelecom JSC branch must not have debts for communication services before servicing.
• 3. To connect to the tariffs for home use - the telephone line must be registered in the housing fund. Non-residential fund lines cannot be connected to tariffs for home use.

To connect to the service, you need to visit any Uzonline sales office in your area and provide the following:

• 1. Your passport
• 2. Passport or passport copy of the owner of the telephone network
• 3. Application for connection to the Uzonline network with the signature of the network owner (if you are not the owner of the telephone network). You can download the application form here or get it from the sales office.

In order not to repeat repeated or one-time visits, we recommend that you call the Customer Support Service (CSS) in advance to consult about the availability of an empty ADSL port on your ATS.

You can also apply online in advance to connect through our website. This allows you to significantly simplify the connection process and reduce service time in the sales office.

After registration, you will be provided with a set of documents and a Note (with information and parameters for connecting to the service). Your phone will be connected to Uzonline service within three working days. The staff of the company will inform you about the successful connection, and from now on you will be able to use the services of "Uzonline".

We recommend that you use the instructions or MQQX tips on our site to set up the connection. If you find it difficult to set up the connection independently, then you can use the service "Master Service" at the time of connection to the service in the sales office or by calling the MQQX and ordering the operator.
