✅ According to the decree of the President (https://uza.uz/uz/posts/creating-bureaucratic-obstacles-of-the-preparation-of-the-profits-of-the-profits-of-the-provision-of-the-population-and-business-subjects -about-additional-measures-on_251106), from June 2021, 1 by state bodies, business associations, local executive authorities, state organizations and institutions from the population, including business entities:
a) documents confirming the following facts:
- whether or not he is on the psychiatric dispensary account;
- to be on the account of the narcology dispensary or not;
- conviction;
- address information;
- whether there is a private house in the name of the citizen;
- living space;
- presence or absence of tax debt;
- Registration of taxpayers in the state tax service;
- the amount of pensions and benefits;
- presence or absence in the list of pensioners and pensioners;
- marriage is registered, not married or divorced;
b) the following documents:
- A copy of identity document;
- A photo of the person in the prescribed form;
- References of medical and social expert commissions;
- employment records and their copies (except for requests in the process of assigning pensions to citizens in cases when it is not possible to obtain this document through the interdepartmental software and hardware complex "Single National Labor System");
- Archival certificates confirming the salary and length of service, training in higher and secondary special education (in the process of assigning pensions to citizens it was not possible to obtain this document through the interdepartmental software and hardware complex "Unified National Labor System" except in cases of inquiry);
- Requirement of cadastral documents and their copies is abolished.
Requiring this document or information from the public by government agencies and organizations is considered a violation of the legislation in the field of public services.
