EARLY PENSION.

⚡️QUESTION;
I am 53 years old. Two years before I retired, I lost my job because I had been laid off from my current job. I have 23 years of experience. Can I retire early in this situation?

⚡️ANSWER;
According to Article 14 of the Law on State Pensions of Citizens, changes in technology, production and organization of labor, reduction in the volume of work that led to a change in the number of employees (staff) or the nature of work or the liquidation of the enterprise Persons dismissed and declared unemployed:
men - at the age of 58 and with at least 25 years of work experience;
women - at the age of 53 and with at least 20 years of work experience.

✅ This means that you can now apply to the labor exchange to retire, and once you are registered as unemployed there, you will be able to retire before reaching retirement age. If the job market finds you a suitable job, you can leave after two more years of work.
