? ‍⚕ Gastritis - Inflammation of the gastric mucosa; ranks 1st in the incidence of diseases of the digestive system. It is divided into Acute and Chronic gastritis.

? Chronic gastritis - It is an exacerbated disease, characterized by damage to the glands that produce hydrochloric acid, pepsin and mucus.

? Acute gastritis.- The reasons for this are the poor quality of food, the negative impact of certain drugs or chemicals on the gastric mucosa.

? ‍⚕ SIGNS:

? Acute Gastritis 

? Nausea causes pain around the chest.

? Headache, slight rise in body temperature, causing general weakness.

? In high secretory gastritis:

? Pain that occurs when the upper abdomen is hungry, sometimes at night, and passes immediately after eating.

? Heartburn, sour gut, prone to constipation.

? Low secretory gastritis .:

? Feeling of fullness in the stomach, pain around the chest after a meal.

? Nausea, belching, occasional abdominal cramps and diarrhea.

? DRUGS.

? Famotidine

✅ When gastric juice (acidity) is low:

? Levocarnitine

? Romazulan
