How much do classroom teachers get paid in schools?
According to paragraph 4 of the regulation on approval of the improved system of remuneration for the work of public education employees, additional remuneration payments to teachers of general education institutions are made as a percentage of the minimum amount of remuneration for labor .
Therefore, according to the number of students in the class, payments for class management are made in the following amounts:
👉 Up to 15 students - 26.4% of the minimum wage, i.e. 242 soums, is paid;
👉 From 16 to 20 students - 31.6 percent of the minimum wage, i.e. 290 soums, is paid;
👉 From 21 to 25 students - 36.9 percent of the minimum wage, i.e. 339 soums, is paid;
👉 From 26 to 30 students - 42.1 percent of the minimum wage, i.e. 387 soums, is paid.
👉 When there are 31 or more students - 52.8% of the minimum wage, i.e. 485 soums, is paid.
