How to have a good conversation at startup !?
✔️During the interview, pay attention to body language, facial expressions, attitude to questions and answers, and the time the recruiter spends with you.

At the end of the interview, ask the recruiter directly what he or she thinks of you as a prospective employee. If the HR manager is interested in your motivation, sets a possible time to start work, and offers to interview the hiring manager, this is a good sign.

Evaluate yourself after the interview. Imagine the conversation from beginning to end and answer the following questions:
Did you feel confident or very worried?
Which questions did you answer well and which questions did you struggle with?
Were you able to interest the employer?
What could have been improved?
Self-analysis after the interview will help in the future.
