How to have a good conversation at startup !?

At the end of the interview, ask the recruiter directly what he or she thinks of you as a prospective employee. If the HR manager is interested in your motivation, sets a possible time to start work, and offers to interview the hiring manager, this is a good sign.

Did you feel confident or very worried?
Which questions did you answer well and which questions did you struggle with?
Were you able to interest the employer?
