Parents are not allowed to interfere in the educational process

In accordance with the order of the Minister of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 2020 dated May 28, 131, parents (persons replacing them) may not interfere in the teaching process at the educational institution.

Any disputes that arise between the parties should be resolved only with the school management (principal and his deputies) and the school psychologist, if they do not disrupt the teaching process.

In the territory of the educational institution, the relations of the team members with the parents (persons who replace them) should be based on the principles of mutual respect and politeness, it is not allowed to commit actions that denigrate the personality of the other party.

In cases where the parties do not comply with the above requirements, they should contact the local self-government and regional internal affairs bodies to stabilize the situation.

❗️We remind you that according to Article 197-5 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, for cases of illegal interference in the professional activity of a pedagogic employee of an educational institution or preventing the pedagogic employee of an educational institution from performing his duties:

👉 citizens may be fined from five to seven times the amount of the base calculation, and officials - from seven to ten times.

❕ If the same offenses were committed repeatedly within a year after the administrative penalty measure was applied:

👉 will result in the imposition of a fine from seven to ten times the amount of the base calculation to citizens, and from ten to fifteen times to officials.
