Protein diet

Designed for 5 days. Estimated weight loss is 5–6 kg

🔸Breakfast
Boiled eggs, green tea, a little cheese.
🔸Second breakfast
With grated apple (grated) carrots, a little honey according to the tab.
🔸Lunch
Boiled chicken breast or grilled. Fat-soluble salad - white cabbage, cucumber, celery, onion, lettuce. Mix everything and add a tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil and consume. Chicken can be replaced with other lean meats or fish.
🔸Dinner
Grapefruit, green apple. Instead of grapefruit, you can eat orange, mandarin or kiwi.
🔸Dinner
Cottage cheese, a glass of kefir, green apples.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner portions should be about 250 g, second breakfast and dinner 150 g.
Drink 1,5–2 liters of water, 20 minutes before and 40 minutes after a meal.

Contraindications
In diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and kidneys.
