Shaving and dental treatment of wisdom teeth during pregnancy

Assalamu alaykum. I am 21 years old. I am 12 weeks pregnant with my first child. My teeth hurt and bother me. When I went to the dentist, he said we would remove it and cut the gums of my other teeth. At 9 weeks, I was told I was in danger of falling. Isn’t it harmful to the child if I treat my teeth in my current condition. Can I take lidocaine injections for pain?

If there is a risk of falling, it is advisable to limit dental practices unless it is absolutely necessary for a while.
