⚡️How much do applicants need to know a foreign language to get the maximum score?

According to paragraph 13.05.2019 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 395 of 2, starting from the 2020/2021 academic year, the maximum score in a foreign language is given in the presence of certificates reflecting the following levels and the applicant does not take the test in a foreign language:

for English - IELTS 5,5 (5,5 points from the writing module for Tashkent State Law University), TOEFL IBT 72, CAE FCE and national certificate B2 and above;

for Japanese - JLPT №2 or B2 and higher on the national certificate;

for German - B2 and higher degree on Goethe-Certificate, DSD, Test DAF or national certificate;

for French - B4 and higher on DELF, TCF2 or or national certificate;

for other languages ​​- national certificate or V2 and higher on international examination systems.

Applicants with a lower level (e.g. IELTS 5) will not be given a maximum score, they will be required to take the hand test.
