CHILDREN'S BENEFITS WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO THE CHILDREN OF PERSONS WHO GO ABROAD TO WORK.
⚡️QUESTION;
My husband and I went to work in Russia. I have 4 children. My children are 7 years old, 5 years old, three and a half years old and 2 years old. When I applied to the neighborhood for child support, they told me that I would not receive child support because my husband was in Russia. Is that right?
⚡️ANSWER;
According to the Regulation approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 21.10.2021 No 654 , in order to determine the average monthly total income of the family, two of the minimum amount of wages (822 soums) for the period when the income of a family member working abroad or carrying out business and other activities abroad is determined The average monthly normative income equal to the amount of 000 1 644 soums is accepted.
🟢 What this means is that if your spouse has gone abroad to work and it is not possible to electronically determine how much money he or she is earning in that country, then your spouse is twice as EKIX ( 1 soums). In practice, it doesn't matter if he earns more or less at home, his income will be doubled. Determining the total income of the family for the appointment of child support will be calculated on the basis of these two times in relation to your spouse.
✏️ Now we count! Assuming that your spouse is a person with a monthly salary of 1 soums and that you do not have to work somewhere because your youngest child is under three years of age, the above income of your spouse is his or her own. when you and your 644 children are divided by 000 soums (4 / 274 = 000). According to the above regulations, the total income of the family should not exceed 1 thousand soums per capita in order to receive child support. If your income does not exceed the established norm, then you should be given child support.
