A MOTHER WHO IS RECEIVING ALIMENT WILL NOT BE GIVEN CHILD MONEY.

⚡️QUESTION;
I am divorced from my family. My husband is currently paying alimony for two children. Am I not entitled to child support because of the alimony I receive?

⚡️ANSWER;
According to the regulation approved by Government Resolution No. 654, the alimony received is taken into account in calculating the average monthly total income of the family.

✏️ It is correct that alimony received in accordance with the above norm is considered as income for the payment of child support to the family, but the regulation does not stipulate that child support is not paid for the receipt of child support. When the alimony is added to the other income of the family, the child allowance can be paid if it does not exceed 440 soums per person.
