To which route are preferential additional quotas applied?

Many are asking this question. As you know, there will be a separate quota selection for some categories of applicants in addition to the general quota. For example, those who have received a military recommendation, children of military personnel, needy women who have received a recommendation, people with disabilities or foster children of the Mercy House, etc.
In which direction do these quotas go? Does it apply to all five courses you choose or just the first one?
Applicants who are eligible for additional admission criteria may only participate in the first undergraduate program of their choice.
