Why do women always eat cold?

If you’re a woman and you’re constantly freezing, that’s normal. If you are a man and your wife eats cold, heat it up quickly, give her hot tea and wrap her in a blanket. Studies have shown that women are more susceptible to temperature changes than men. There are many reasons for this.

Often men hear that women’s hands and feet are frozen. This is not surprising, as women’s hands and feet are up to 3 degrees colder than men’s. This was discovered in 1998 and nothing has changed since then. This is because, first of all, the internal organs need to be heated, and the hands and feet have to pay for it. But that’s only half of it.

Maryland scientists say the hands and feet are cold and the overall temperature is high. Their study found that the average body temperature of women was 0,03 degrees higher than that of men. This seems very rare, but because of this difference, the movements of the cold air are noticeable.

Also, there is more fat in a woman’s body. On average, women have less muscle and more fat than men. Exactly muscles are the parts of the body that generate heat. That is why women always diet and eat cold. That’s an injustice, isn’t it? But nothing else can be done.

Another big injustice is metabolism. In men, it is 23 percent faster than in women. Metabolism affects the conversion of food into energy, so it can be easier for men to keep their weight under control and warm up even faster.

But all this is not a reason to be upset.

Frequent freezing of women is a cunning plan of nature so that they can warm themselves with delicious tea, wrap themselves in a soft woolen blanket, wear warm clothes and most importantly, be close to loved ones))) So, Heat!
