- When a violation of traffic rules by the driver is detected by visual observation or recorded using a special device (camera 😁);

- The vehicle, driver or passenger is wanted;

- When it is necessary to clarify the details of the accident from the driver or passenger who witnessed the accident;

- For information, when the vehicle is stopped, the driver can get acquainted with a copy of the dislocation in the form prescribed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, stating that the traffic police officer is serving on the basis of dislocation in the area where it was stopped.
