Due to the lack of cadastre, the land tax is suspended in the amount of 3 times.
✅ President Shavkat Mirziyoyev instructed relevant ministries to form working groups and start work.
❗️Working groups:
✅ By October 1, the neighborhood will form an electronic list of households without cadastral documents;
✅ collects documents that are the basis for recognition of housing rights and enters them into the electronic database.
🟢 Officials were tasked with developing and discussing a separate draft law to resolve the issue of houses without cadastre in all regions of the republic.
🟢 It was decided to suspend the application of the triple tax to the owners of these houses until the adoption of the new law (https://t.me/Press_Secretary_Uz/2130).
