Does drinking too much water cause obesity?

- 2/3 of the human body consists of water. An adult should drink at least 2 liters of water per day. But not everyone follows this. Water is important for life, health, beauty and weight loss!

- Water occupies a large part of every organ. For example, the amount of water in the blood is 90 percent, the brain - 85 percent, muscles - 75 percent, liver - 65 percent, bones - 28 percent, and adipose tissue - 25 percent.

- Many diseases also develop because most people consume only 1/3 of the daily norm.
