How to get rid of stress?

✅ Today, stress almost always bothers us all. Therefore, increasing stress tolerance is also beneficial for the body and helps prevent various diseases. For this:
🔻Breathe deeply, filling your lungs;
🔻Listen to pleasant music or do your favorite hobby;
🔻Watch your favorite movie;
🔻Drink coffee;
🔻Eat chocolate or your favorite dessert;
🔻Walk in the fresh air;
🔻Drink a variety of fragrant, soothing teas (chamomile, lavender, mint and green tea);
🔻 Take a contrast bath and sleep soundly.
🔹While these tips don’t help solve problems, they do help relieve stress. This leads to correct and sound thinking.
